Hello there! It’s Cha here with another card with the new release from this September 2021, Wonderfully Collection. It’s a collection full of inspiration for holidays! You can create cards for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas! I hope you like this card and share with us your projects through Instagram (@joyclairstamps, @chadelel).

This card is really easy to make because it’s a monochromatic card, meaning that I did not color the main image. I used the Extraordinary Digital Stamps from Joy Clair Designs. I picked the image of the boot with the flowers that printed it on white cardstock. Then, I cut it with my electronic cutting machine. I also printed some words from the same set on different colored cardstock although this time I tried to cut them myself. I’m not very good with scissors as you can see. These words are not perfectly cut, that’s why I often use my electronic cutting machine because it’s more precise.

Next, I used some watercolor paper since I wanted to create a background with Liquid Watercolors – pink, purple, yellow, blue, dark turquoise. I trimmed this background down to 4,00 by 5,25 inches. You can see the full list of products on my blog (see HERE).

Finally, I added this background to a standard black notecard. Then, I glued the image that I did not color because I wanted this image to stand out from the colored background. I added the two words with some foam strips.
And this is the card! As you can see, it’s an easy card to make even if you don’t cut the images and sentiments with an electronic cutting machine. I hope you give a try to some of the new products from the Wonderfully Collection!!
