Hello friends, Ericka here and I hope you are having a great week. Today I’m starting on my Christmas cards by creating some quick foil card using the Christmas Joy digital set. I’ve been playing with foil for the last couple of days and love the elegant look it gives these Christmas cards.
Details
To start my cards, I used the Word program to arrange these pretty images and then printed them using toner ink printer. I also wanted to see how foiling looked on color paper and printed out several on a teal cardstock.
The next part is always the most fun, I picked out several colors of therm-o-web deco using gold, red, and rainbow foils. My favorite is the rainbow foil as it adds a fun look to a beautiful digital stamp.
I used teal cardstock for my next cards. I was easy to reprint the design and so I tried the same layout using red and gold.
It is so hard to get a good photo with foil but hopefully this gives you a good idea how pretty these are.
