Hello readers! This is Design Team Crystal Komara here with you today sharing my first floral card that was inspired by this month’s mood board. Today’s card also uses the new Count Me In digital stamp set which is part of the Springish Fiesta collection.
Card details:
The base of this A2 sized card is made from 80 lb. Neenah Solar White Smooth cardstock. This is my go-to cardstock for e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g! I use it for ink blending, stamping, die cutting, distress oxides, stencils, card bases, and printing digital images. I printed the beautiful floral image from the Count Me In digital stamp set onto this Neenah White cardstock. I also manipulated the sentiment “with deepest sympathy” so that it would fit inside the center. I colored the flowers using this month’s mood board colors. I printed the image and then fussy cut around the entire floral border.
I then cut a black wide strip of cardstock to mount behind the sentiment to make that sentiment “pop.” Lastly, I added a clear coat of Wink of Stella to the flowers for added sparkle.
