Hello crafty peeps! Leah here with a coffee-themed project specially made for the Coffee Shop Hop, using the Cup of Joy digital stamp set from Joy Clair Designs!
I am in love with this stamp set and I have printed out all of the images to color. They are waiting for me in my “To Color” bin, heehee. I printed out these images and chose to create using the plain tea cup, along with the two separate flowers, the separate macarons and the single leaf. I used the Mother’s Day sentiment from the set as well.
There’s something about tea cups and flowers that just makes my heart smile. It’s a feeling of comfort that I just can’t explain. So when I find teacups and flowers together…watch out!
This is one of those cards that practically built itself, after the coloring. I had my scrap bin out and found the corrugated white cardstock, a small scrap of the plaid paper and a small scrap of the pink patterned paper. I printed out the sentiment and added it to a piece of the pink patterned paper and added it with dimensional adhesive. Lastly, I added some of my favorite enamel dots and it’s finished. It’s a small card, 4.25 x 3.25, but it still packs a punch!
