For the New “Mr. & Mrs.”

Hi Everyone, it’s Priscilla from Nubble Light Designs. Today I am on the Joy Clair Blog with a mini slimline wedding card using the Song of Solomon stamp set. The collection of 12 images & sentiments can be used for wedding/valentine/love cards and bible journaling.

To create my mini slimline card, I created a gold card base (6″ x 3.5″) before adding a floral layer I had made with black embossing paste over a roses stencil.

I heat embossed the man & woman image with black embossing powder onto a gold die cut heart and adhered to the center of the card.

The sentiment, “Mr. & Mrs.” was also black heat embossed on one of the banner included in the stamp set and then fussy cut out and adhered over the heart.

I love the color contrast between the black, white, and the gold accents!
