Good Vibes

Hello friends! Joy here, with a new card featuring the Good Vibes stamp set. I love this set because I reminds me of my good ole’ days of mudding in a jeep until the wee hours of the night. But card to the card, I used the Good Vibes set a little different from the ordinary way of stamping and coloring.

But let’s take a look first!

For this card I blended dye inks onto smooth card stock to form the sunset background and then stamped the Good Vibes, image with dye ink as well. I colored the vehicle with neutral tones of gray Copics so that it would be like a silhouette with the sunset reflecting on it.

Tip: Stamp and blend with dye inks, so that you can safely color with alcohol inks without them smearing.

Once finished coloring the Good Vibes image I stamped it again with Verafine Clair Nocturne ink and heat embossed with clear powder. I repeated the same process for the sentiment and sunglasses image.

Tip: Stamp and emboss the image you want to be in the front first and then stamp the second image.
