Hi, Connie here with a couple of Spring like cards using the same stamps just two different looks. It doesn’t get any better than a Mason jar full of wild flowers ~ it truly is “the little things in life”. The stamps I created with are Crackle Background, Doodle Flowers and Wish Big.
I started this card with the idea of one jar on the front and this happened~
Too cute, so I had to use them all. The jars were lightly colored with watered down Distress Oxide ink and trimmed out. The stems were stamped on the jars and the flowers colored with Distress Oxides, trimmed and cut out. Dimensional adhesive was use for added interest. The jars filled with flowers were added to the crackle background and adhered to coordinating cardstock. Butterflies were added using dimensional adhesive also. To complete the card twine was added to the bottom of the card. The card front was adhered to a folded card.
The second was created in the same manner just a different background. To create this background I used watered down Distress Oxides and a stencil. I love using the Distress Oxide in this way. You can create some really beautiful backgrounds for projects.
