Kindness is always in style and should not go out of style. The most special way to give someone either a child an elderly or anyone we see. We can always show kindness in a lot of ways.
Hello my friends! This is DT Marj of MarjBanzalesDesigns. Welcome back and I’m glad you are here again today.
Today’s project means a lot to me and of course, to all of us. Being kind to one another is a simple way to show how we care.
In my today’s project, I used the Bloom Bliss from the Truly Inspire Digital Stamp Set along with the sentiment from the Always Digital Stamp Set. These 2 stamp sets are meant for each other. They really compliment each other in a lot of ways. You can also use different sentiments to make any project using the stamp sets from these sets. But today I chose “Kindness is always in style”.
Card Details:
To make this beautiful Kindness card:
- I started with an A2 card base using a 65lb Kraft Cardstock and scored in the middle. Next, I printed the Bloom Bliss onto Sweet Tooth White Cardstock.
- Next, I colored it using different shades of Red from my Arteza Ever Blend Ultra Art Markers followed by my Arteza Real Brush Pens.
- Then, I fussy cut it leaving a small white border all around the image.
- After that, I added some double-side adhesive at the back of the image for dimension then set it aside.
- For an added layer, I cut another piece of pattern paper that measures 4 x5.25 inches and decorate it with a piece of string on the side, and adhered to the card.
- I removed the adhesive tape from the image and adhered it to the front of the card.
- Next, I added the sentiment “Kindness is always in Style” sideways for some flare to the card.
- To finish it off, I added some sparkle to the flower using my Spectrum Noir Red Berry.
