Hello friends, Ericka here and today I’m playing with the Thankful for You digital sets to create a pretty sunflower card. I love this beautiful sunflower and its perfect for a fall card.
Details
I used Word to print out the flower and sentiment on Copic friendly paper. I then used Altenew Alcohol markers to color up the sunflower and leaves. This flower is so pretty to color up with the thick lines. I fussy cut out the flower and my sentiment and set it aside to find a background.
For my background, I used one I had previously made using Dina Wakley Media Spray which gives a bit of a mixed media look. Using foam tape, I attached my flower and sentiment to the background. I finished my card with some gold jewel embellishments for a little sparkle.
