Hi Everyone! This is Susan from Creating with Susan. I’m thrilled to be sharing my first post as a member of the Joy Clair Design Team. Today I will be featuring My Path Digital Set
I have two cards for you today. But let me share the entire set of stamps to you know more about it.
For the first card I printed the butterfly and the sentiment onto a piece of mixed media paper. Then, I colored the image using some Tombow Dual Brush Pens, some water and a paint brush. Additionally, for a little sparkle I added some sheer shimmer to the wings. Finally, I cut the panel with a stitched rectangle die and adhered it to a card base.
Second Card Process:
For my second card using the My Path Digital Set the process was so easy. First, I printed the sentiment onto white card stock and the image onto mixed media paper. Then, I used my Tombow Dual Brush Pens again for the light bulb.
Also, I dug into my stash of patterned paper and found a few that I felt went with the image. I added them to the panel then decided it needed another circle so I cut one from vellum. To finalize, I added the panel to a card base. Then added the light bulb using craft foam. And finished the card with a few sequins which helped to hold the vellum paper in place.
