Hello everyone, Linda Gorman here! It’s time for another Joy Clair Challenge on the Joy Clair Stamp Projects Facebook Page. And this edition has a theme for all type of cardmakers and scrapers, Greetings & Thinking of you.  To inspire you to participate of our Joy Clair Designs Challenge, I created a card using the stamp set Martha’s Flowers available at Joy Clair Designs Store.

Joy Clair Challenge Thinking on you stamped cards

To make my card, I smooshed the background with ink and after obtain the look that I wanted. I pasted it directly to a white card base using E-Z Runner Permanent Strips. Then, I die cut two different dies from my stash onto a white layer and adhere it to the decorated base with the same adhesive.

Bunch of flowers to be stamped on a card. Beautiful designs!

In a separate piece of white card stock , I stamped one of the images included on Martha’s Flowers and colored them with my Copic Markers. In other piece of card stock, I stamped the sentiment and then,  fussy cut it to pasted onto black cardstock  and create a shadow. I used Dual Tip Glue Pen to layer the pieces.

To popped up the flower and sentiment, I used 3D with foam squares.  As final touch, I added splatters with black ink and silver sparkle and I used a NUVO sparkle pen on the flowers.
