Hi Everyone, it’s Priscilla from Nubble Light Designs. Today I have a Mother’s Day card for my own Mom, created with soft pastels of pink, blue, and green.
On this card, I am featuring three different Joy Clair stamp collections. First, I created an A2 card base. Second, I added a stenciled pink plaid on the bottom and pasted a patterned paper on the top. Additionally, I heat embossed one of the tags from the Wedding Gift Tags stamp collection with white embossing powder and sponged “Kitsch Flamingo” “Speckled Egg,” and “Cracked Pistachio” Distress Oxide inks over it.
To embellish the tag, I added some silver cording to the top and then adhered the tag to the front of the card. The “Happy Mother’s Day” sentiment, framed in “Cracked Pistachio” is from the Cup of Joy digital stamp set.
For a finishing touch, I sponged the same three Distress Oxide inks on a butterfly from the Just Butterflies digital stamp set, added three rhinestones to the body, and adhered it to bottom corner of the card.
