Hi Joy Clair Friends, Cathy on the blog today.  Have you been interested in making interactive cards, but wondered how to make one that is relatively simple?  Well, my wobbling penguins are just the card for you to try! It’s guaranteed to make both adults and children laugh!

I combined the penguins from the Christmas Cheer digital stamp set with a sentiment from the This Christmas digital stamp

Wobbling Penguins Card Design:

I added spots of color to the penguins with Copic markers.  Next, I glued them to a second layer of cardstock, and then fussy cut around them.

The white A2 card base is then layered with an embossed snowflake background.  The frame around the penguins is the reverse image of a giant snowflake die, which is then inked around the edges with Distress ink and finally glued on top of the embossed paper.   Adding the wobbling penguins is next – so all you need are Action Mini-Wobble Springs!  You can buy them at your local craft store or online.  Buy a dozen – just because after you make one card, you will look for ways to add wobblers to all of your cards!!  Here is a quick video:

To finish off the card, I cut apart the sentiment, added a 3/4″ strip of striped pattern paper, iridescent twine, and clear embellishments. I hope you are inspired to try making a wobbler of your own! Thanks for stopping by the blog today. ~Cathy
