Hello Joy Clair Designs friends! This is Design Team member Crystal Komara here with you today sharing a little Valentine’s Day themed inspiration.
To begin, I used the colors of this month’s mood board to inspire my card:
Card details:
The base of this A2 sized card is made from 80 lb. Neenah Solar White Smooth cardstock. This is my go-to cardstock for e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g! I buy it in bulk because I use it up so quickly. I used a scalloped frame die to cut the first base layer also from white cardstock . Using the Full Heart digital stamp set, I printed the images onto Neenah white cardstock. I printed the images twice because I knew I wanted to use two of the floral hearts as the centerpiece of my design. I colored the images with Copic markers and then fussy cut each heart.
I adhered the heart on the left directly to the card base. For the card on the right, I used 3M foam adhesive to give the card added dimension. I printed out the digital sentiment “you and me” also from the same Full Heart digital stamp set. Lastly, I added a coat of clear Wink of Stella to both hearts for a lot of added sparkle. You can never have enough sparkle!
