I printed the flower out so that it was bigger than the front of a card and used two Tombow Dual Brush Pens for the coloring. I used Gold Ochre or 946 for the flower and Cool Gray 7 or N15 for the shading around the edges of the flower. I added ink direct from the Tombow marker in areas I wanted to be the darkest then used a watercolor brush to drag the color out. For the flower I purposefully left some of the areas unpainted to create highlights.
When the panel was dry I cut it with a large stitched rectangle die and adhered it to a card base. I printed out the sentiments and layered them onto black card stock then adhered them directly to the front of the card.
