Hello there, Ann here to share a card created with images from the Above and Beyond digital stamps. On this card, I used a fun technique to create texture with stencils. Let’s take a look at my card first:
To begin, I printed the image on Spectrum Noir paper and then colored it with Copic markers (see list below). I fussy cut the image and set it aside to create my background.
Texture with Stencils
For my background, I used the Trellis stencil with some paper glaze in Prom night pink. Create texture with it really make that your projects look extraordinary.
While the texture was drying, I cut about a 1″ portion off of my A2 card base so that my flowers would hang nicely over the edge. I took a piece of matte gold foil cardstock and adhered it to the flap of the card.
Once dry, I took the pink stenciled background and trimmed it, so it was just slightly smaller than the gold background. I then adhered the two layers together to the card base. Additionally, I placed my flowers on top, got them exactly where I wanted them, and then adhered with Bearly Art glue.
This floral digital stamp from the Above and Beyond stamp set from Joy Clair, was so much fun to color! Stop by the website and check out their amazing selection of beautiful digital stamps (and clear stamps, too!). You will be sure to find something you love!
