Extraordinary - Stenciled Background

Hello! Rightbrainart here with a new project using Extraordinary digital stamp set from the Wonderfully Collection. This stamp set has 3 main images which are gorgeous and great for cardmaking. Let’s get crafty!

I printed the image and sentiment on white cardstock. I colored the image with alcohol markers and then fussy cut it with scissors. I used a paper trimmer to cut the sentiment. I took pink cardstock and adhered with liquid glue behind the sentiment to make it stand out. I created the background on a 5″x7″ white cardbase. I took a stencil and blended two different shades of green ink. I used the lighter shade at the top and darker at the bottom. I splattered with dark green ink and metallic copper paint all over the background and set to dry. Once dry I adhered the image with foam tape to the background for dimension. I glued the sentiment to the image. I trimmed .5″ off the top to make the image look more vertically centered. The card size is 5″x6.5″.
