Fall is my favorite time of year and it reminds me daily of all the things I have to be thankful for. It’s a feeling I need to more actively emulate throughout the entire year. This is Design Team member Crystal Komara here with you today sharing some fall themed inspiration!
Card details:
The base of this A2 sized card is made from 80 lb. Neenah Solar White Smooth cardstock. First, I cut a 5 1/4″ x 2″ piece of plaid cardstock and adhered it to the left side of the card. Next, I cut a 5 1/4″ x 2″ piece of white cardstock and ran it through my Big Shot with a stitched leaf background die. In the middle of the card I adhered a 1/4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of gold glitter cardstock. The boot image is from the Extraordinary digital stamp set.
Using a Canon inkjet printer, I printed the boot image out and colored the image with Copic markers. With a small pair of paper snips, I fussy cut the image out. Using an expresso ink pad, I stamped the sentiment “grateful for you” on a thin strip of white cardstock. For effect, I notched the right end of the sentiment strip before adhering it to the card. Lastly, I added a coat of clear Wink of Stella to the boots and flowers for added sparkle.
