Hi crafty friends! I’m Lien from Studio Kato and I’m back with a warm fall card. I put most of the focusing on the coloring because the 30 day coloring challenge has started today!
For this card I used the Hello Pumpkin stamp and stamped that onto Clairefontaine DCP 250 gsm cardstock. I then colored it in with my alcohol markers. To add a drop shadow and more deep shading between all the separate images I simply used a black colored pencil.
I then die cut the panel with a wonky stitched rectangle die by My Favorite Things. For the background layer I used a kraft cardstock and did some stenciling. I used the Broken Chevron stencil by Altenew and lightly blended the Gathered Twigs ink by Pinkfresh Studio through there.
To give the card some extra shine and sparkle I used the Gina K gold Glitz Glitter gel and applied that in patched through the stencil using a pallette knife. I glued that kraft cardstock onto my cardbase. I then used 4 pieces of thick white cardstock to layer behind my colored panel and add dimension to it.
