In fact, Spring Bouquets is designed for slimline cards. But, as you know, digital stamps are so versatile, so I have wanted to print it in the usual format.
As always, I used the White Smooth Card Stock by Joy Clair Designs card stock to print the images because it has high quality. In this occasion, I used my Silhouette Cameo to have it cut out with a small offset around it.
I thought that this beautiful bouquet would be perfect with foil. For this reason, I applied the holographic foil to the image before coloring it. Take a look at the wide variety of shades it has depending on how natural light gives it.
To create this layered card, I cut two card stock, one orange and one soft gray, with a die that I bought at Joy Clair store. The next step was to past these cardboards with E-Z Runner Permanent Strips on the base card. After this, it is time to paste the image of the Spring Bouquets and the message Happy birthday!, included in this set, printed on velum. I did not want to break the harmony of that beautiful gray tone.
And with this I already have the card decorated. With the foil, the coloring and the die-cut cardstock I don’t think it needs more. So far the presentation of this card layered card with foil as inspiration.
