Hello crafty friends! Lien here with a very quick card using the gorgeous You Make Me Proud digi stamp set.

For this card, I’m working with one of the gorgeous floral images from the You Make Me Proud digi stamp set and some dies by Pinkfresh Studio. I’m working on an A2 sized kraft cardpanel for this and I’m starting out by stenciling on the edge of a mandala.

Special Details

This is actually a large stencil meant for dusting cakes with powdered sugar, but the image was so beautiful I put it in my craftroom instead. I used Ranger opaque matte texture paste and applied it through the stencil with a pallet knife. I then heatset it to make it puff up.I colored the gorgeous flowers (I think they’re poppies, I know nothing about flowers I just know these are pretty) in with my Décotime Twinmarkers using the number 2, 3, 4 and 16 for the petals. I used 100, 91 and 99 for the flower hearts and 31 and 44 for the leaves and fussycut out the image.

I used a scalloped frame die from Pinkfresh Studio cut once from gold mirror cardstock and added dimension with 3 more layers of white cardstock. I did the same for the sentiment die also by Pinkfresh Studio. I adhered everythign together with liquid glue and then propped up the flowers on some foam tape.
