Hello hello my friends! Leah here today with a scrapbook layout project using the Christmas Joy digital stamp set from Joy Clair Designs 🙂
I created this layout by first resizing this digital image as large as it would go. I managed to get it to 10 inches long so that I could print it on an 8.5 by 11 sheet of paper. Then I colored it with my Copic markers. I chose to use a ten inch square sheet of white cardstock to be the main part of the page and used some Shimmerz Inklings to add a bit of a mixed media touch to it.
I added the colored image on foam to “pick it up” off the page and give it some dimension. Then I added the photo and the title to make sure I gave myself enough room on the smaller space before I started added embellishments. I just love how this page turned out.
To finish off this page, I added some enamel dots and some red rhinestones, even in the digital image to look like berries!
Have you colored this image yet? I encourage you to try resizing your digital images, they are very versatile and can be used on many projects! I even encourage you to create a scrapbook layout using the Christmas Joy digital stamp set, stretch your creativity with me!
I was looking through the Joy Clair blog to give you some more inspiration using this stamp set and then I remembered seeing Martha’s super gorgeous card using this exact same image! Isn’t it stunning!! If you would like to see more inspiration using this digital stamp set, go to the search bar on the right side of this blog and type in the name of the digital stamp.
