Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here, to share a card with the Spring Rose Digital Stamp. This card features an easy coloring of Big Flowers with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir.
The Spring Rose Digital Stamp includes two big flowers and four sentiments that can be easily resized.
I created a slimline card. First, I die stenciled a white smooth layer with the Slimline Gentle Leaves Stencil available at Joy Clair Designs Store. I used two different colors of Distress Oxide Inks to make the leaves more real. Then, I resized the layer with the large size of the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Slimline Dies.
With crafty foam tape I pasted the decorated layer over the green card base. Normally the size of my slimline card is 8-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ . It give me the perfect mat for the large size of the slimline dies. I continue the process printing twice the images of the flowers onto white smooth cardstock. Then I colored each flower with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir.
The colors of Illustrator markers that I used were CR9, CR6, GB2, CR1, YG3, CG3 and CG1 for the upper flower. MG4, CR6, CR1, LY1, FS1, CG4, CG3, CG1 for the lower flower. Additionally, I fussy cut them with scissors and colored the border with a black marker.
To finalize, I just added the sentiment in between of the flowers and pasted some enamel dots in coordinated colors.
